Stay Fit. Stay Healthy Practical wellness for real life, no extreme diets or expensive gyms
About Us – Health Fitness Dairy

Fitness for Real Life. No Extremes. No Guilt.

Health Fitness Dairy was born out of a very common frustration: the realization that the modern fitness industry is overwhelmingly built for fitness models with 2 hours to spare every day, endless budgets for expensive personal trainers, and the willingness to eat boiled chicken and dry broccoli.

Founder's Perspective

"Fitness began the day I stopped forcing myself to do things I hated."

After years of struggling with desk-job weight gain, lower back stiffness, and guilt over unused gym memberships, I decided to test a simpler hypothesis: What happens when you replace complicated gym workouts with simple 15-minute home movements, daily outdoor steps, and lighter home-cooked desi meals?

The answer was life-changing: permanent fat loss, vibrant daily energy, and zero stress about food. Today, Health Fitness Dairy is a sanctuary of honest, sensible wellness tips for everyday people. We believe true health is not measured by single-digit body fat, but by how easily you climb stairs, how well you sleep, and how much joy you find in daily movement.

About Me

Hi, I'm Kiyani.

I started this blog because I know how hard it can be to lose weight and stay fit. It's even harder when you're working long hours at a desk and trying to do everything at home without expensive gym memberships or complicated diets.

In 2025, I weighed 110 kg. I knew something had to change. But I didn't join a gym. I didn't try any fad diets. I didn't buy expensive supplements either.

After going through some of the hardest years of my life, I found peace in nature. Walking through the jungle became my therapy, and it changed everything for me.

I made small, simple changes that I could actually stick to:

  • I started drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Natural spring water from the jungle near my village, not mineral water.
  • Every weekend, I spent 3 to 4 hours walking through the jungle and hills. I covered 10 to 20 km in a single day. Alone. In peace. With fresh air and quiet.
  • I ate real, home cooked food. No crash diets, no restrictions.

Over the next 12 months, I lost 30 kg. I went from 110 kg to 80 kg.

That journey taught me something important. Fitness isn't about being perfect. It's about progress. It's about consistency. And it's about finding what actually works for your real life.

On this blog, you'll find:

  • Simple home workouts that need no equipment
  • Healthy desi recipes that actually taste good
  • Weight loss tips that work for real people
  • Mindset and wellness tips for everyday stress

Our 3 Guiding Principles

Everything we share comes from what actually works in real life. Simple, sustainable, and honest.

No Crash Diets

Small, sustainable changes instead of extreme 800-calorie restrictions or skipping meals that ruin your hormonal health and metabolism.

Desi Friendly

Practical recipes and advice that work with familiar South Asian foods, family gatherings, aromatic spices, and cultural reality.

Progress Over Perfection

Consistency matters more than an unrealistic rigid plan. Showing up 80% of the time builds lifelong physical resilience and mental peace.

Honest, Real-World Tested Content

Every home workout routine and recipe on this site is practically tested in an ordinary household with standard kitchen cookware and zero specialized gym equipment.

We never promote dangerous fat-burning pills, starvation detox cleanses, or misleading quick-fix supplements. Health is an everyday habit, not a retail product.
